I write about food, lifestyle and gardening for publications and digital media. Combined with my captivating images, my articles focus on food stories with a cultural touch, urban gardening and how to travel sustainably. Through my recipes, I like to show how we can diversify our palate and plate by using local, seasonal and diverse ingredients.
